Our expertise across many sectors can advise on any applications or projects you may have that require both standard and Bespoke Tooling including associated Work Holding, Tool Holders, Jaws & Centres.

Our Flexible CNC capacity and skilled workforce enables us to also serve clients in a subcontract capacity including:-

5 Axis CNC Cutter Grinding - Production Grinding, Modification and Regrind work Including "lights out" Capacity on batch work.
CNC Centre-less Grinding for Drill Blanks, Cylindrical Part Prep or Cylindrical Punches
Optical “OPG” Grinding – Form grinding of Flat Form Tools, Blades, Inserts, Punches and Rotating Cutting Tools
Wire EDM and fast Hole Drilling - Including "lights out" Capacity on batch work
Mazak Integrex - Mill Turn Operations

SUBCONTRACT SERVICES

Extensive experience of both Heat Treatment and Coatings means we can provide technical support and a subcontract service on most Surface Treatments with twice-weekly services through existing suppliers Guhring, Kyocera & Ionbond
